Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in any reputed university, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • B.Sc in EEE/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Engineering Firms, HVAC System

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 25 years
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the HVAC/BMS or related industry.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HVAC and BMS products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

We Ixony a leading provider of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and BMS (Building Management System) solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. We are committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients, ensuring comfort, efficiency, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets for HVAC and BMS products.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities, including corporate clients, developers, and contractors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
  • Manage and expand the sales pipeline by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and budgets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
