We are committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients, ensuring comfort, efficiency, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets for HVAC and BMS products.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities, including corporate clients, developers, and contractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
- Manage and expand the sales pipeline by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to clients.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and budgets.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
