Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Field Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Performance Marketing Officer, go to the corporate office and meet with a representative to create awareness of our products.

Device marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and increase sales and profits.
Act as the point person for outside, inside, and partner sales teams.
Track market and company sales performance. Work closely with marketing teams to create programs.
Manage corporate contracts. Manage offline and physical marketing budgets.
Develop an understanding of product lines and value chains. Go to the corporate office and meet with a representative to create awareness of our products.
Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market. Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals. Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Experience in management may be advantageous. Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Supervise, Monitoring & Maintain Dealers to achieve the given sales target of the assigned sales division.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. The ability to work under pressure.
To ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales and within the given time scales.
Perform any tasks assigned by the management.
