Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing executive to join our team and drive the growth of our business revenue. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team, setting and achieving monthly sales targets, and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our services and products. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and marketing within the software/Website or digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales team to set and meet monthly sales targets.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to effectively promote the company’s services and products.
• Provide expert consultancy to potential customers, guiding them in converting leads into sales.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve exceptional results.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adapt and refine our strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing and sales activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
