Communicate with clients to provide travel services.
Respond to clients via online & offline channels on time.
Deal with client inquiries regarding travel services like Air ticket / Visa / Tour Package.
Keep sales records & report sales information.
Any other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by the administration.
Try to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and related communications.
Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and procedures for various countries.
To receive phone calls and give proper information regarding applications.
