- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Sales experience on building materials, cement and steel etc.
- Good convincing skills.
- Able to understand and manage product line, customer and pricing.
Responsibilities & Context
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with project key persons.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with contractors of Large Projects; recommending solutions.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Office Time: 9.00 – 5.30
