- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bangla;
- Expert in MS Office package (MS Outlook, MS word, MS Excel & PowerPoint presentation);
- Should have very good interpersonal skills;
- Should be dynamic and innovative;
- Dynamic, proactive, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customers efficiently and frequently visit customers to ensure quality sales
- Seek out opportunity for Sales generation, where fresh fruits and vegetables can be marketed;
- Handling the existing customers and satisfying them with the set service policies of the organization;
- Frequent market survey and Competitors Analysis
- Buildup relationship with existing and potential customers to enhance sales;
- Must have the confidence to earn revenue for the company and determination to achieve the realistic target driving with the team parallel;
- Searching and expansion of new markets;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement;
- Prepare daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly sales and delivery reports;
- Liaison with all field forces of marketing people & gather data from them and report to Management
- Frequent and objective reporting towards head of the department;
- Any other task given by the management.
