We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our agency.
Job Summary: The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the agency’s services to a wide range of customers in the shipping and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the liner shipping industry, strong sales and marketing skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the shipping and logistics sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, shipping lines, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the agency’s services.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and promotional materials.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
