Job Context: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Executive who can lead marketing efforts for our real estate projects, both in the field and online. Candidates must be proactive and results-driven with a strong understanding of the real estate market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company properties.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, both offline and online.
• Visit prospective customers and explain project features.
• Coordinate with design team for promotional materials.
• Attend property fairs, events, and field activities.
