Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Sales & Purchase Manager to lead our sales strategies and manage procurement for our new venture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, buying, and vendor management, with a proven ability to drive sales growth and optimize inventory levels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Oversee purchasing activities, including supplier negotiations and relationship management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure the right products are available at the right time.
• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to align sales promotions with product offerings.
• Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Train and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and customer engagement.
• Prepare reports on sales performance and purchasing metrics for senior management.
