- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities & Context
Job Description:
- Engage in sales and service activities related to biomedical equipment.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding biomedical equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to customers.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and service reports.
