Responsibilities & Context

• Achieve targets as per Annual Business plan for the respective territory

• Ensure Market coverage across geographies & industrial segments to analyses key market trends

• Monitor lead generation to ensure sufficient enquiry pipeline for achieving sales target

• Understanding the customer needs & identifying opportunities at existing plants for upgrades & improvements.

• Understanding client requirement and sharing information with relevant stakeholders to device best and customized solution, tender/ inquiry evaluation.

• Attending sales meetings & negotiations with customers.

• Track & report sales and marketing activities on periodic basis.

• Analysis of Orders won and lost and implement learnings and follow best practices.

• Engage in techno – commercial discussions with clients, consultants, EPC contractors for business development in respective regions.

• Tracking Competition strategy and device counter for same.

• Actively work on building the brand and image of Thermax

• Build and maintain a detailed, active customer database.

• Build and manage relationships with large corporate and business houses.

• Coordination with Peers from other divisions/regions and maximize cross sale opportunities.

• Business development through new applications/FOAK products. • Attend service call & troubleshooting.
