Responsibilities & Context
-Preference will be given to those who are willing to serve at least 3 years.
-Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Must be customer service oriented and believe in teamwork, adaptability, and initiative. Strong understanding of SIP technology, TDM technology, and IP Networks.
-Should have a proper idea about DIGITAL MARKETING and Telecommunication.
-Able to work under pressure without time boundaries to cover 24/7 support services.
-Identify and approach potential customers and suppliers through various means of communication.
-System log and trace analysis, routing configuration, Soft Switch Configuration Database backup.
-Comes up with innovative solutions to various problems and ensures that customer needs are properly defined and satisfactorily met.
-Should have good communication skills to perform global sales or support services. Experience in the IT industry will be preferred.
