Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

Bdtask is a leading software company. We are looking for a reliable, and detail-oriented “candidate” to join in our company. This position’s responsibilities are sales bdtask products including understanding Customers communication language through, email, Text, phone and training customer through power point presentation over google Meet, Zoom, TeamViewer, any desk etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective customers’ lead & prepare report daily,weekly & Monthly.

• Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure successful project delivery & training.

• Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.

• Supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer

• Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to develop business strategies.

• Capable of working as an individual as well as a team member, also have to capable to give training and support to client any time.

• Handling in-office as well as enquiries by phone and online platforms such as Email, WhatsApp, Facebook etc. and convert these enquiries to customer.

• Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.

• Must have the confidence to earn revenue for the company and determination to achieve the realistic target driving with the team parallelly.
