Responsibilities & Context

• Manage House rent, utility bills, land tax, and holding tax for clients.
• Land or Flat buy/sale for our respective clients
• Looking for new NRB clients to manage their properties and meet sales targets.
• Searching for new properties physically and dealing with developers or Flat owners.
• Upload property details on Social Media.
• Always update property details on the website.
• Knowledge of land laws and real estate legal principles.
• Field visits are mandatory.
• Any other tasks that management assigns.
