Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are exporting our software and services more than 100 countries over the world as a leading international branded software company. We are planning to add more Sales & Marketing Executive in our team. We are looking for a reliable, and detail-oriented “candidate” to join in our company. This position’s responsibilities are sales bdtask products including understanding Customers communication language through, email, Text, phone and training customer through power point presentation over google Meet, Zoom, TeamViewer, any desk etc.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating power point presentation in order to training on different products as needed.
  • Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure successful project delivery & training.
  • Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective customers’ lead.
  • Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.
  • Determine cross-selling opportunities among different offices.
  • Supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer
  • Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to develop business strategies.
  • Prepare and presenting proposals and pitches to clients/customers.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients/customers and partners.
  • Monitoring and reporting on business performance metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Participating in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Developing and managing a sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Capable of working as an individual as well as a team member, also have to capable to give training and support to client any time.
  • Handling in-office as well as enquiries by phone and online platforms such as Email, WhatsApp, Facebook etc. and convert these enquiries to customer.
  • Handling phone calls, answering queries of all the international customer updating the database of the contact details, performing in terms of follow-up actions for the phone, email enquiries to ensure conversions.
