Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sr. Executive – Sales & Marketing, who has experience in the Bangladesh software industry. This candidate should have at least 2-5 years of proven experience in software sales and marketing (Software Sales & Marketing).
- Execute the sales strategy to ensure realizing the organization’s vision.
- Hitting monthly targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.
- Develop and manage sales budgets.
- Identify potential markets/ clients along with new sales opportunities.
- Leading sales team(s) to obtain assigned targets.
- Establish guidelines to develop effective Sales strategy and ensure extraordinary customer experience.
- Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships, or new products and services.
- Planning and executing marketing strategies.
- Must go to the client’s office, and create relations with relevant companies.
- Working /Collaborating with multiple teams such as support, development, and design.
- Must know about depth-level contact/communication marketing and digital marketing strategy.
