Responsibilities & Context

SAMS Global provides innovative software to support study abroad agents, education counsellors and universities to receive student applications. SAMS is a customisable CRM that businesses can use to engage and convert leads, through every step of the customer journey.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Operations Coordinator to support the activities of our applications department, SAMS Apply. The role focuses on driving sales growth, building relationships with partners, and supporting operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. The ideal candidate will be proactive, sales-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU

With experience in all relevant areas from your current/previous role, you will be a highly conscientious individual. You shall be committed to improving business practices and will effectively deliver in a timely way, due to your excellent organisational skills.

You are fluent in written and spoken English, educated to at least degree-level, ideally in a relevant subject, such as Business Administration, Marketing or Communication. You will be IT literate, and have a good understanding of business processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to oversee operational activities, communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, and contribute to the department’s overall efficiency and success. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Coordination:

  • Work closely with the Head of Apply Services to generate leads and support the achievement of conversion targets for SAMS Apply.
  • Act as a liaison between the SAMS Apply team and prospective students, agents, and partner institutions to maximise enrolment opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales performance and customer engagement.

Relationship Management:

  • Maintain effective communication with partner institutes, agents, and stakeholders to build and strengthen relationships.
  • Provide timely updates and address inquiries to ensure partner satisfaction.

Team Support:

  • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them stay focused on sales and operational objectives.
  • Monitor staff performance to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Operational Assistance:

  • Support the day-to-day operational activities of the SAMS Apply department, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
  • Collaborate with regional offices and head office to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Process Improvement:

  • Assist in identifying and implementing best practices to improve the department'soperational and sales processes.

Contributing to Goals:

  • Align activities with the strategic and operational objectives of SAMS Global to support organizational success.
