- Basic knowledge of industrial electrical or electronic equipment.
Responsibilities & Context
- Source for new customers through regular visits and communicating with others.
- Collect new inquiries, visit customer sites, and analyze customer details and requirements.
- Prepare the necessary presentation to present the product and learn how to send offers to customers.
- Respond to customer queries & requirements effectively, and ensure timely support for existing customers by coordinating with other departments if needed.
- Prepare and maintain the client’s database and keep track of inquiries, offers, and sales.
- To perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
