• Minimum 2-year Experience in sales management.
• Strong computer skills.
• Knowledge of the fashion industry.
• Skilled in pinning, fitting, and tailoring.
• Experience in retail sales with a proven track record.
• Goal-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising.
• Able to work in a team or independently.
• Capable of handling a high-pressure environment

Responsibilities & Context

• Welcoming clients into the Showroom and supporting the team in managing wait times during peak periods.
• Always maintain a presentable look, good behavior with soft and clear language, and a friendly attitude.
• Deliver an uncompromising luxurious experience, maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensuring an exceptional client experience at every relevant boutique touchpoint.
• Analyse trends and subscriber behavior to inform future strategies.
• Work by appointment to provide personalized service and build relationships with our clients to promote loyalty and incremental purchases.
• Study the designers to gather more knowledge about their works, patterns, and policies.
• Ensure the showroom is always presentable by ensuring cleanliness at the showroom by hanging dresses and assisting the stylists as required.
• Change the display after every certain period.
• Answer general customer service inquiries, in a way that is aligned with the brand.
• Ensure timely dispatch of ordered products.
• Focus on sales to ensure growth across the brands.
• Assisting in photoshoot preparation and organization at shoots.
• Prepare packs for influencers.
• General day-to-day operations/tasks.
• For custom orders, taking measurements by following designer’s guidelines.
• Assisting with care service duties (bringing pieces to the floor, cleaning, hand polishing and shining, etc.
• Leaving a positive last impression on the client as they exit the Showroom.
