Proven sales and marketing experience in the travel and tourism industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
In-depth understanding of marketing techniques and best practices, particularly in digital marketing.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and exceed targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Archive monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target given by top management.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for dealing with applicants and colleagues in both Bangla and English.
Proficient using Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in processing documents.
Knowledge about Amadeus, Galileo & Sabre GDS/ VRS system will be added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

EC Aviation Limited (ECAL) started its journey in November 2015 with a brand name ‘FLY EC’ to meet growing in-house demand and external opportunities in the tailor-made travel and tourism needs. Within the shortest possible time, it has earned accreditation from IATA and has been offering air tickets, tour packages, visa consultancy, Hajj and Umrah (pilgrimage) packages and other services, such as hotel booking, airport transfers and business networking, for both domestic and international destinations with success.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the travel and tourism sector.
Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, corporate partners, and other stakeholders.

Marketing Leadership:

Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and event-based marketing.
Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling marketing materials tailored to target customer segments.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for professional development.
Foster a collaborative working environment, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing objectives.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Oversee the management of customer databases and CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Monitor customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of customer service.

Reporting & Analysis:

Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, marketing campaign results, and industry trends.
Analyze data to forecast sales trends and assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
