  Advertising Agency, IT Enabled Service, Public Relation Companies, Group of Companies
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age 22 to 28 years

• Experience in direct sales, preferably in telecom, ISP, electronics device, FMCG, Handset Sales, IOT product sales or Sales Activation Projects.
• Freshers with a passion for a sales career from a marketing background are encouraged to apply.
• Must own a good quality Android (Android 8 or above) smartphone.
• Basic proficiency in operating mobile devices and related applications.
• Fluent in verbal communication in Bangla with a clear and confident speaking style

Responsibilities & Context

• Actively promote and sell IOT devices at designated locations or field locations at thana and zilla level.
• Conduct daily visits as per the PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) and ensure consistent market coverage to identify end-users/Customers.
• Identify potential customers, demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, and provide accurate information tailored to customer/end-user needs.
• Convince customers/end-users effectively to generate sales and consistently achieve monthly KPIs/targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a high level of customer/ end-user satisfaction.
• Perform device installation at the customer’s/end-users location after successful sales.
• Provide after-sales service as per the customer’s requirements, ensuring timely and professional support.
• Address customer queries and concerns in a proactive and solution-oriented manner.
• Collect customer feedback
