Responsibilities & Context
- Provide exceptional customer assistance and guidance in selecting motorbikes.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
- Actively promote sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and ensure safety during test rides.
- Assist in inventory management and showroom maintenance.
- Build strong customer relationships and address inquiries promptly.
- Complete sales transactions accurately and comply with company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall showroom goals.
- Assist in organizing promotional events or sales campaigns.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom floor.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
