Responsibilities & Context

• Sell international travel products & services including Flights, Hotel booking & others
• Communicate with clients to provide up to date information
• Respond to clients via online & offline channels
• Create travel itineraries with flights & other travel services
• Book flights using different platforms like GDS & Other systems
• Keep sales records & report sales information
• Visa or tour package knowledge will be plus point
• Execute all GDS major commands in Sabre / Travelport /Amadeus & NDC platforms (Book, reissue, issue, split / merge, refund, ancillary, Dummy bookings etc)
• Other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by administration
