Additional Requirements

Daily update and communicate digitally with the sales team and dealers regarding available stock of items.
Collect and process daily sales orders from clients or sales representatives.
Prepare accurate and timely sales invoices based on the collected orders.
Support the sales team with operational tasks.
Coordinate with the transport section regarding the timely delivery of goods.
Communicate with dealers and responsible officers about the delivery of goods mentioning vehicle details, contact details, rent, etc.
Maintain organized records of sales data and related documents.
Maintain detail transaction records of individual customers, executives and communicate with them accordingly.
Monitor the dealers lifting statistics closely and notify them individually.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Any other tasks in addition to the above mentioned tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
