Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating leads, and facilitating sales of our industrial, marine, and material handling solutions.

The role involves office liaison duties, requiring strong communication skills and a fair understanding of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial, marine, and material handling sectors .
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between the office and clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote company solutions.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM software.
• Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly.

  Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial, marine, or material handling sectors.
• Fair technical knowledge of parts, machinery, equipment, or solutions in the relevant industries.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events if required.
