Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to explain our services.
Convert leads into enrollments through persuasive communication.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of daily calls and outcomes.
Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Coordinate with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding.
Skills Required:
Strong verbal communication in both English and Bangla
Convincing and negotiation skills
Good listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle objections and turn them into sales
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email handling)
Confidence, patience, and professionalism
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Time management and multitasking abilities
Requirements:
Minimum HSC passed; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior experience in telesales, counselling, or EdTech sales is a plus
Willingness to work during night shift (to match US time zones)
Strong learning attitude and adaptability
