Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Business Studies, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • MBA / PGD in sales and marketing is a plus.
  • Have Textile related knowledge is a plus.

Experience

  • 8 to 10 years

Experience

  • Minimum 8 – 10 years in Sales.
  • Must have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Capable to make the sales strategy and set realistic and ambitious targets for the sales team
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales (B2B Business), General corporate sales and marketing.
  • Required leadership and interpersonal skills

Additional Requirement

  • Ability to craft and execute successful growth strategies in a competitive market.
  • Must have leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the textile or B2B marketplace is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (SEO, SEM, CRM systems) and sales platforms.
  • Strong ability to motivate teams and drive results in a startup environment.

Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify key target audiences and market segments to optimize acquisition strategies.
  • Planning the team operation and guide them to achieve the goal.
  • Lead the sales team to meet and exceed subscription targets.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Establish scalable sales pipelines, tools, and processes.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key national and multinational client.
  • Hire, train, and mentor sales and marketing talent to create a high-performing team.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine strategies.
  • Plan and manage the department’s budget effectively to maximize ROI ( return of investment)
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecast to senior management.

Job Location: Nikunja Dhaka .But has to travel all over Bangladesh for business required.
