Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Business Studies, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- MBA / PGD in sales and marketing is a plus.
- Have Textile related knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify key target audiences and market segments to optimize acquisition strategies.
- Planning the team operation and guide them to achieve the goal.
- Lead the sales team to meet and exceed subscription targets.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Establish scalable sales pipelines, tools, and processes.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key national and multinational client.
- Hire, train, and mentor sales and marketing talent to create a high-performing team.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine strategies.
- Plan and manage the department’s budget effectively to maximize ROI ( return of investment)
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecast to senior management.
Job Location: Nikunja Dhaka .But has to travel all over Bangladesh for business required.
