Location: Dhaka (job location can be transferred based on management’s decision)

Major Job Responsibilities:

Achieving planned volume targets and managing personal and team goals to meet the individual and company’s annual targets.
Assisting industrial customers and the whole seller in creating mass awareness of using quality lubricants in the territory and beyond to establish our strength over the competition.
Analyzing competitor’s strategy & behavior, business performance, and product performance of each segment and preparing counter reports
Following up with potential customers to upsell and improve the service. Monitor used oil samples on a per-customer basis.
Supporting the technical issues of the Sales Team. Organize training, lube clinic, and inspection to potential industries.
Arranging technical seminars in a year for customers to demonstrate product benefits with the aid of the technical team

Good English communication skills (verbal and Written)

High proficiency in computer applications

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
