Responsibilities & Context:
- Coordinating & Monitoring team work of Sales Team.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target and team to achieve the sales target
- Ensuring working culture among the team members.
- Keeping eye on competitors’ sales & marketing strategies and providing feedback and suggestions accordingly.
- Managing the sales cycle effectively and tracking the activities of the Sales Force.
- Managing performance for maximizing result through sales team management.
- Tender Documentation: You will complete the entire tendering process with your team from documentation preparation to submission
