• Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mechanical or Refrigeration & Air-conditioning or equivalents.

• HVAC, Fire, BMS, MEP Products, Generator, Substation and Electro-mechanical Industries etc.

Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities & Context:

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing.
• Sales & Marketing of HVAC, Fire, BMS, MEP products, Generator, Transformer and Substation equipment’s.
• Capable to handle the project smoothly.
• Should have the capability to carry out sales and marketing activities.
• Should be capable to lead the sales Team.
• Should have knowledge on corporate sales/direct sales of Spare parts and Service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency both in Bangla & English.
• Should have good computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office, Excel with mailing communications.
• Build up Marketing, Personal Management with monitoring activities of marketing.
• Ensure the sales target/month as defined by management.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly target.
• Visit clients and projects and maintain respectful relationships for sales.
• Provide daily marketing reports.
• Visit clients, attend queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Be up to date regarding market intelligence to assist the organization to identify business opportunities in the field of automation business.
• Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding business Projection and performance.
• Perform additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by management to support the company’s growth.
