  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and technical support of HVAC systems, specifically VRF and chillers.-Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including VRF and chiller technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.-Fluent in English and Bengali.

As part of our expansion in Bangladesh, we seek a motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

  • The Sales Engineer will drive sales and business development activities for VRF and chiller systems within Bangladesh. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and customer service skills to effectively promote our HVAC solutions to clients and ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for VRF and chiller systems.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive sales efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to prospective customers.

2.  Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop & maintain relationships with key customers (Consultants, Contractors, Architects & Project Owners) in Bangladesh.
  • Visit ongoing projects for lead generation & follow-up for technical support.

3. Project Management:

  • Review project design, drawing & BOQ with the distributor, Consultants & customers
  • Ensure technical support during the pre-installation & installation stage

4. Technical Support:

  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely installation and maintenance of VRF and chiller systems.
  • Provide post-sales technical support and training to customers.

5. Training & Development:

  • Arrange Sales, product, and technical training for partners and customers.

6. Reporting:

  • Establish SE process & report to BD, HQ & RHQ

Job Location:

  • In Dhaka, frequent visits will be required all over the country.
