  • Experience in software and IT product sales will be an added advantage.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars and telemarketing events.
  • Follow-up for collection of payment & Technosoft products.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and delivery of software to the customer.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Meeting with daily, weekly, and monthly sales.
  • Meeting with clients virtually or physically.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through physical visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Market visit to see competitor’s activities.
  • Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.

· Salary 12,000 Plus & Smart Sales Commission.
