Responsibilities:

Meet sales targets as set by the company.
Orders collection from shop owners, departmental stores, pharmacists, and other point-of-sale (POS) locations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners, pharmacists, and other POS owners to ensure ongoing business and customer loyalty.
Ensure that products are prominently displayed in shops, pharmacies, and POS locations for maximum visibility and sales.
Maintain the FIFO (First In, First Out) system in the trade to ensure product freshness and minimize waste due to expiry.
Monitor competitors’ activities, including pricing, promotions, and new product launches, and regularly report findings to the supervisor.
Stay updated on product features, benefits, and updates to effectively convey this information as needed.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Regularly update the supervisor with sales reports, customer feedback, and any issues encountered in the field.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards during all sales activities.
