Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

We are looking for a Sales Executive who can handle customers and sales. Sales Executives will be required to help them with selling products and helping customers with their purchases.

The sales Executive provides specific information to the prospective customer. In addition, customers to promote understanding of relevant products, components & accessories.

Job Responsibilities:

• Regular market visits and actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, and networking with customers
• Achieving all the sales and transaction targets of the respective area.
• Collect orders and ensure on-time product delivery.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Address client issues and queries in a timely fashion.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate sales solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Collect Market Data & Competitor Information.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
