• Need to handle incoming calls to prospective customers pertaining to the Client’s business.

• Provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer ensuring customer satisfaction, identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.

• Perform every call actively to solve the client’s problem.

• Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (Social media), email & web chat.

• Obtain and examine all relevant information in order to assess the validity of complaints and determine possible causes.

• Report preparing time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.

• Maintain strong collaboration with other departments.

• Multitasking.

• Strong communication skills both in English & Bengali.

• Proficient in typing is a must (English & Bengali).

• Should have computer knowledge of MS Office, Specially Microsoft Excel.

• Should have the habit to work under pressure & multitasker are welcome.

• Should be a tech-savvy person.

• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

• Report back data of whole day work to admin on different platforms.

• Have to be mentally strong as well as confident for performing this Job.
