Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting & Information System

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field  

Experience

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Furniture Manufacturer, Interior Design
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age 23 to 35 years

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills  
• Passion for design and an understanding of bespoke furniture  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team  
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets  
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software  
• Fluent in English and Bengali  

Responsibilities & Context

• Identify and engage potential customers to generate leads and sales for iROKO’s exclusive furniture line  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service  
• Present and promote iROKO’s furniture collections to interior designers, contractors, and individual clients  
• Conduct sales visits and follow up on inquiries to close deals  
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions by collaborating with the design and production teams 
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms with clients  
• Track sales activities, prepare reports, and update CRM systems regularly  
• Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events  
• Stay updated on furniture trends and competitor activities to contribute to market strategies
