- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends Lead, mentor, and manage the offline sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify new opportunities for market expansion and build strong customer relationships.
- Ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge among the team.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
