Analyze competitors’ products to identify market opportunities.
Address customer inquiries and escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary.
Develop in-depth knowledge of company products.
Maintain accurate records of sales, client appointments, and customer complaints.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective reach to the target audience.
