Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Identify and prospect new clients within the local and regional markets who need express courier services.
Actively reach out to potential customers via cold calling, email outreach, and networking.Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Acquire an in-depth understanding of our courier services, including domestic and international shipping, express deliveries, and value-added services.
Sales Presentations & Proposals: Present tailored courier solutions to clients, addressing their needs and demonstrating the benefits of our services.
Prepare competitive quotes and proposals.Lead Follow-Up & Negotiation: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Negotiate pricing and terms while ensuring profitability.
Market Research: Stay informed about competitors’ offerings, industry trends, and customer preferences.
Use this knowledge to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any client issues that may arise.
