Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling Home Décor and Kitchenware products to retailers and other market segments, managing client relationships, and increasing sales volume. This role involves visiting markets, taking orders, and ensuring excellent customer service to strengthen the company’s position in the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales and Marketing :

Promote and sell Home Décor and Kitchenware products to retailers, wholesalers, and potential buyers.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Order Management:

Visit market locations regularly to meet with existing and potential clients to take orders.
Accurately record customer orders and relay the information to the company for timely processing.
Follow up on orders to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Market Research & Strategy:

Identify new market opportunities and trends for increasing sales.
Collect and report customer feedback, competitor activity, and market challenges to management.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and loyalty.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
Consistently drive revenue growth for the assigned product categories.
