Responsibilities & Context
- Customer service
- Greeting customers, answering questions, and helping them find products
- Product knowledge
- Sharing product information, explaining differences between similar products, and advising customers on what’s best for their needs
- Sales
- Demonstrating features and functions, offering warranties and protection plans, and recommending sales and promotions
- Transactions
- Processing purchases and returns at the cash register, and completing paperwork for major sales
- Organization
- Restocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor, and maintaining accurate and organized files

- Helping with the store opening and closing process, alerting management of potential security issues, and assisting with inventory
