Responsibilities & Context
- Identify and generate potential leads for pos, ERP, digital solutions sales from various industries
- Assess market opportunities and maintain records of lead sources, conversion rates, and follow-up activities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication and follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions and technical specifications
- Implement strategies to convert leads into sales and guide clients through sales
- Coordinate project visits, meetings and client interactions to finalize deals to work order
- Oversee after-sales activities, including payment schedules and project implementation
- Track project progress, including installation, billing, payments and management reports
