Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Identify and approach potential customers to generate sales.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide product knowledge and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Handle inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Education: BBA / Hon’s. in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in sales,preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Typing speed of 25 WPM (words per minute).
• Basic computer skills (CRM software experience is a plus).
