Responsibilities & Context

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods and services according to company needs.
• Obtain and review quotations from multiple suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Help negotiate contracts, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of delivered goods.
• Organize and manage store inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Implement inventory control procedures to prevent stock outs and overstock situations.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of goods for easy retrieval.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Maintain digital records of procurement transactions and inventory levels
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors regarding orders, delivery schedules and any issues.

Location: Jobaida Super Market, Kalabagan, Dhaka.
