Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a showroom/outlet sales executive. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, demonstrating products, and closing sales in our showroom or outlet setting. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and promote our brand.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the outlet and offer assistance.
- Provide detailed information about the products and services offered.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by providing expert advice.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Work closely with the store manager to ensure the smooth operation of the outlet.
