Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve area-wise volume and unit targets·

• Consistently meet monthly sales goals and KPIs·

• Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance·
• Ensure dealer stock is managed and monitored efficiently·
• Implement and oversee merchandising activities in the marketplace·
• Maintain strong client and dealer relationships to boost sales and customer satisfaction·
• Conduct market visits, identify gaps, and onboard new dealers·
• Analyze sales data and provide reports for continuous improvement·
• Align sales strategies with company objectives across departments·
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities·
• Manage sales budgets and optimize resource allocation
