- Diploma in Engineering
Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Medical Equipment
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 30 years
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (field sales experience preferred)
- Experience in Electronics, Food & Beverage or or Medical Equipment product sales will be an advantage
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply if they are confident and eager to build a career in sales
Additional Requirements:
- Must be target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic understanding of sales reporting and customer relationship management (CRM)
- Having a motorbike will be considered an extra advantage
- Must be punctual, honest, and dedicated to achieving sales goals
Responsibilities & Context
Workplace:
- Work at Field (All Over Bangladesh)
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular client visits to promote Electronics, Food & Beverage or Medical Equipment products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and customers
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to supervisors
- Collect and share market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients and provide excellent customer service
