Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving
issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Sales Support: Collaborate with senior sales executives to support them in achieving sales targets.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
to contribute valuable insights to the sales strategy.
Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks related to the sales process, including
document preparation, data entry, and follow-up communications.
