Handle customer from website, call and Facebook page.
Provide information and Full Fil customer query
Other’s task from office.
Requirements
Good knowledge of relevant computer office
Fluent in native Bangla
Giving accurate feedback of queries over phone about products ask questions to understand customer requirements
Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management
Ability to meet the target
Handle in bound and out bound calls professionally
