Responsibilities & Context

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Executive in Sales to join our IT training institute. In this role, you will counsel prospective students and guide them to enroll in our top-notch IT courses. Your goal will be to help students find the right programs for skill development to achieve their career aspirations while driving enrollment for our institute.

Responsibilities:

  • Student Counselor: Engage with prospective students to understand their educational needs and career goals.
  • Sales Strategist: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet enrollment targets.
  • Relationship Builder: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families.
  • Course Advisor: Provide detailed information about our IT courses and help students choose the right program.
  • Follow-up Expert: Follow up with leads and ensure a smooth enrollment process.
  • Feedback Collector: Gather and report on feedback from prospective students to improve our programs and services.
  • Team Collaborator: Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to align sales strategies with our overall goals.
  • KPI Target: Reach individual monthly KPI targets.
